Steve Koerber achieved recognition as one of Auckland’s most respected real estate agents after appearances on the popular TV1 documentary "Location Location" in 1999 and again in 2000. It was no coincidence that the two half hour episodes showed Steve involved in four separate sales for some very happy clients and customers. Whether it’s closing a great property deal or his quirky sense of humour, the clients of this dynamic salesperson always seem to be smiling!

Prior to Real Estate Steve served 14 years in the Royal Australian and Royal New Zealand Navies. He commenced his successful Real Estate career on Auckland’s North Shore in the mid 1990’s and moved to Remuera in 1998. Since then Steve has firmly established himself as one of the area’s top real estate salespeople.

Professional development is important to Steve and he has received tuition from a plethora of internationally acclaimed trainers. He has spoken about how to succeed in real estate to thousands of agents at recent Barfoot & Thompson and Real Estate Institute of New Zealand sponsored conventions. Steve also enjoys mentoring and coaching selected salespeople who are keen to succeed.

Steve has ranked consistently in the top 1% of Barfoot & Thompson salespeople since joining the company. This arguably ranks Steve amongst the top 1% of Real Estate salespeople nationwide.

Steve provides support to his local Community and Schools. He contributes on a regular basis to various charities including the Child Cancer Foundation and Arthritis NZ. He is also past President of the Newmarket Chapter of the world's largest business referral organisation - Business Network International (BNI).
